Wine Sommelier Adding a New Water Twist to The Profession

With a sensitive pallet, years of training, an extensive knowledge of wine -- This new Water Sommelier can tantalise your tastebuds while wining and dining in the German capital.

Directly opposite the Brandenberg Gate, a gourmet restaurant at Berlin’s prestigious Hotel Adlon is offering guests a new twist with the opening of every bottle of water. During a meal, the sommelier, or wine steward, is usually in charge of all wine beverages served. But this tradition has changed. Eurovox went to the Adlon to sample the restaurant's new bubbly sensation.
