日本酒人気 回復

日本酒、ぐいっと回復　出荷量１６年ぶり増、復興支援で

　日本酒人気がじわり回復している。業界団体によると、２０１１年度の出荷量は１６年ぶりに前年度を上回った。東日本大震災で甚大な被害を受けた東北の地酒を味わい、支援しようとの動きが後押ししているようだ。
　浦霞（うらかすみ＝宮城）、大七（だいしち＝福島）、南部美人（岩手）――。店内には東北の日本酒がずらりと並び、飾られたササには「東北がんばっぺ！！」「東北ファイト！！」と書かれた色とりどりの短冊が下がっていた。
　東京都港区のＪＲ新橋駅から銀座方面へ少し歩いた所にあるビルの６階。５月下旬の夜、「復興支援酒場　銀座店」に入ると、「いらっしゃいませ！」という声に続き、「ドン、ドン」と太鼓の音が響いた。

請喝蕃茄降低酒精濃度

トマトでアルコール濃度低下　お酒と一緒にどうぞ

　カゴメとアサヒグループホールディングスは２５日、お酒を飲む時に一緒にトマトを食べると、血液中のアルコール濃度が低下することを、共同研究で確認したと発表した。酔いの回りが緩やかになり、酔いがさめるのも早くなる効果が期待できるという。
　研究では、２０～４０代の男性１２人を被験者とし、アルコール（焼酎約１００ミリリットル）とトマトジュース（１６０ミリリットル缶３本）を一緒に飲んだ場合と、トマトジュースの代わりに同量の水を一緒に飲んだ場合の、それぞれの血液中のアルコール濃度を測定した。
　その結果、トマトジュースと一緒に飲んだ場合は、同量の水を一緒に飲んだ場合と比べて、アルコール濃度が平均で３割低かった。体内からアルコールが完全に分解される時間も、約５０分早かった。

 請喝西紅柿中的酒精濃度降低

集團控股，朝日和Kagomé是25日已宣布番茄，一起吃飯喝酒的時間，通過聯合研究證實，血液中的酒精濃度降低。效果可以預計各地的疾病將很快成為溫柔，更喚醒。

在這項研究中，受試者12人在20多歲的男性為40歲，如果一起喝番茄汁（三片罐160毫升），而不是番茄汁和酒精的同量的水（約100毫升燒酒）時一起喝，在每個血液，酒精濃度測定。

比的結果，如果我喝番茄汁一起，一起喝等量的水，如果平均30％的酒精濃度較低。時間從體內酒精完全分解，提前50分鐘左右。
